Purchase of offsets within our clean air initiatives will be aggregated and applied towards reducing carbon dioxide through the purchase of renewable energy credits.  Once purchased Elusive Green or its operators cannot offer any refunds.  The amount of collective purchases through renewable energy credits or other power projects will be reported on the Elusive Green website or in the monthly newsletter which is available to monthly subscribers.

Contributions towards the Elusive Green Clean Water fund will be auditable and will initially be applied to existing clean water provisions efforts until suitable clean water technology endeavors are identified.   Once a contribution is made, Elusive Green or its operators cannot offer any refunds. The progress of contributions towards existing or identified projects will be reported on the Elusive Green website or in the monthly newsletter which is available to monthly subscribers.

Monthly subscriptions towards our clean air, clean water, or clean power initiatives will receive a monthly e-newsletter with the latest appropriate global news.  We intend to also include money, energy, and water saving tips that should easily return more value than the subscription cost.  A majority of the subscription fee will be used to purchase offsets or to participate in clean water or clean power initiatives, whether through donation to established organizations with worthy causes, or to invest in promising development or technology projects.  As stated in the website, if there is a choice of project in which Elusive Green intends to become involved, a notice will be sent to subscribers and a group vote will be taken, and considered in choosing the most deserving or appropriate project.  Like direct offset purchases, any of the monthly subscriptions to Elusive Green cannot be refunded.

A portion of any direct purchase, contribution or monthly subscription fee will go towards site maintenance and operation, cost of program purchases, legal fees, registrations and taxes.  Elusive Green will make every effort to be efficient and wise in handling aggregated resources to maximize the amount that goes toward our community goals.
